Väitöskirjat

Minna Huotilainen väitteli tohtoriksi Teknillisessä korkeakoulussa 7.2.1997

vastaväittäjänään Dr. Olivier Bertrand (INSERM, Lyon). Väitöskirja on

nimeltään "Magnetoencephalography in the study of cortical auditory

processing". Akustiikan ja äänenkäsittelytekniikan laboratorio, TKK.

Juha Montonen väitteli tohtoriksi Teknillisessä korkeakoulussa 14.8.1997 vasta-

väittäjänään prof. Milan Horacek (Dalhousie University, Kanada). Väitöskirja,

jonka yksi osajulkaisu perustuu BioMagissa tehtyihin mittauksiin, on nimeltään

"High-resolution cardiographic recordings and assessment of post myocardial

infarction patients". Lääketieteellisen tekniikan laboratorio, TKK.

Juha Lavikainen väitteli tohtoriksi Helsingin yliopistossa 24.5.1997 vastaväittä-

jänään Kenneth Campbell (University of Ottawa). Väitöskirja, jonka kaksi

	osajulkaisua perustuu BioMagissa tehtyihin mittauksiin, on nimeltään "Determinants of mismatch negativity and its separation from other event- related potential components". Kognitiivisen aivotutkimuksen yksikkö, Psykologian laitos, Helsingin yliopisto. Mari Tervaniemi väitteli tohtoriksi Helsingin yliopistossa 17.6.1997 vastaväittä- jänään Prof. Robert J. Zatorre (McGill University, Montreal). Väitöskirja, jonka kaksi osajulkaisua perustuu BioMagissa tehtyihin mittauksiin, on nimeltään "Pre-attentive processing of complex auditory information in the human brain".
